Sir John Raleigh is a character from The Return of the Man from U.N.C.L.E. He is the new head of the UNCLE organization, following the disappearance of his illustrious predecessor. He assigns the mission to Napoleon Solo and Ilya Kuryakin to go after and recapture a certain escaped prisoner.
